The
Plein Aire Painters of Riverside 6th Annual Paint Out kicked off this Saturday. The weather prediction was rain all day and we luck out with no rain in the morning, a few mist in the afternoon. After check-in I set out to paint and finding a spot with protection from the elements was scarce. I endured the cold and after three and half hours it was time to pack it in. The cold was getting unbearable!
This year I decide to play with acrylics and I was not sure I could pull it off. I truly enjoyed working with acrylics, I started out with Jesse Reno's style of applying colors...with thy fingers...boy I am loving it and can not wait till day two!
